It’s fully serviced with water and electrics, and drainage to outside and into the sceptic tank for the 2 toilets. Toilets situated here, one on each floor. The Garage toilet comes complete with WC and wash hand basin, plus it even has a large "Dog Bath" for washing such animals, or soaking equipment etc, it’s very versatile, with its own opening window. The shower toilet and washroom are at the top of the stairs, great for Garage parties, as we use the downstairs for ladies, and upstairs for the men.

Onwards you enter the well lit, full standing height balcony area, looking down over the garage and bar etc, and through the large windows you have views to the coast, and of the night skies, which are impressive here, in the low light pollution area.
Presently used as a man cave type place, with large office desk , lots of open storage, plus filing cabinet, complete with music system set up and even more storage.
It has an opening window, from where the local wildlife can often be seen, right below the rock face here of the national park, as you are enjoying that fresh mountain air.

In the next room, you enter by the same style Andalusian timber door, that is found throughout the property keeping that same theme style, as are all the windows in the garage, in thickly lacquered polished solid wood.
We have a double futon bed from IKEA here presently, where this large room can easily accommodate a couple, and all their luggage etc.
One opening skylight VELUX style , great views, plus that starry sky option, and it has a new full insect screen built in, with a blind for keeping the summer sun at bay.
Double opening windows with wooden shutters, are over on the park side and complete with full size insect screen, also with lots of fresh air,and the occasion sighting of wildlife.

By now, I think, you see the possibilities of these great spaces in this well specified building.

It was built over 10 years ago, we have pictures of its construction in 2010 over 14 years ago, and have the legal certificates and plans for its completion. Under the present regulatory regime, this building could no longer be undertaken, so this is a huge asset for the property.
We pay tax / IBI on it, its registered in it's own right, and shown on the Castral maps plans, as being fully legal.
