Large Patio doors and windows, fantastic southerly views down to the coast 10 km away, as the crow flies, with another 2 sets of double windows complete with double glazing and built in screens and outer security blinds, with views up the hillside and over the planted upper gardens.
Kitchen Diner The kitchen has black granite worktops, with modern fitted drawers with soft close, plus large kitchen cabinets below, benefiting from slide out, and carousel storage. Dining area has black slate tiles, and presently lots of room, presently with a large “Welsh” dresser cabinet in Andalusian style and wine rack and hi fi, plus more storage inside a brick built pantry with multi shelved cupboards for spices and dry goods.
Double sink, with mixer tap, and modern flexible head, and a fitted drinking water tap, renewed this year, with a 5 filter powered pumped RO system, producing excellent drinking water, avoiding all these plastic drinking water bottles. New dishwasher installed less than a year ago, still under warranty. Presently has a useful tall domestic fridge freezer unit, designed into the layout. 4 ring gas hob, with 3 speed cooker hood and fan, extracting the cooking air, directly outside through filters. Gas bottle is directly outside for ease of access. AC heater unit keeps the area cool or warm depending on the season. Easily accommodates 6 around the present farmhouse style solid wooden table, for entertaining, with a breakfast bar servicing the family in the mornings. A great place to cook / entertain, or both.
Office / Utility Room Bright airy, nicely designed very large matching cupboards that swallows all the villa and rental laundry, which is lockable, for ease of rental use. Washer plus Drier , double sink, plus great office workspace, that makes great use of the marvellous views down to the coast, from the 2m x 1m fitted matching work desk with lots of storage , and presently has an under desk filing cabinet, plus room enough, hidden away to store 4 oil filled radiators, and swallow a huge office printer scanner device, with all this combined with a large smart tv / pc monitor it’s a great place to work or play.
Lounge The lounge is a very appealing place, with its large patio doors, and side windows affording great views down to the coast, which is a great place to be on a lazy summer day, or in the depths of winter with a crackling log fire burning in the designer log burner. The old fireplace was ripped out about 10 years ago, and this beautiful French cast iron, and very efficient log burner fitted into a new hearth, with new black flue, to complete this nice design feature. The fire heats the whole villa 2 lazy boy seats, plus a 3 seater lazy boy couch, presently are adequately fitted into the room, with lots of space left, for a large coffee table, and lots of free standing furniture, with built in brick TV unit, with shelving below hiding the wifi cables etc. The very high ceilings are a great feature, with the ceiling fan giving a great breeze in the summer, if you don’t need the air-conditioning. Easily stepping out onto the porch and decking gives great access to the bar and the pool, it is an easy place to enjoy.
Master Bedroom Built around 10 years ago, which squared off the proportions of the villa, and allowed one new roof to cover the new extension and the older areas at the rear. It had originally a good size hanging wardrobe and upper lockers as found in the other rooms. Now in addition we trebled the wardrobe and storage space, added a “Holywood “ style makeup mirror area with table and stool for and a brand new wet room, shower area with new WC and bidet, with his and her sinks, and a nice cabinet below. The mirrored doors in all the wardrobes keep the same theme going, and are keep the place bright and airy, with the tall ceilings. Added luxury of yet another patio door, giving access directly out to the pool, affording great views from the bed over the pool, and to the hills, with all the security features etc, as the other units. King Size bed presently is easily accommodated by the room, with the shower and toilet separated by 90 degree passageway, and a clever sliding door in the same style of course, of the villa. Luxurious underfloor heating installed for wintertime!
Bedroom 2 Adjoins the main villa bathroom and shower, so it has by default its own private bathroom, as the other bedrooms have ensuite facilities, of their own. It’s large enough for double kingsize bed, or 2 x singles, and even a third single if required. Has double window to the rear, with views up to the natural park, and again, has a lot of built in storage cupboards, with lockers above in the matching Andalusian style wood, that is a continues theme, throughout the property.
Bedroom 3 Was originally the Master Bedroom, before the alterations that spawned the new Master Bedroom, so it’s well appointed with its own large private bathroom, with shower , and toilet facilities. Fully equipped with Ac / Heater unit with remote control, and bedside controlled large ceiling fan, with large double window, that allows a cool night breeze in the summer. The security / black-out shutters make this a great place for a siesta, and guests always remark how well they have slept here, during stays summer or winter. Lots of built in storage, a large hanging wardrobe recently added, with wooden doors, that match the existing large wardrobe, with upper storage that can even swallow large double “Delsey” style suitcases.
